LAUNDRY INSPECTIONS

The laundry rooms have been out of service so often at 3003 Van Ness that the tenants association has begun conducting regular inspections to push Equity Residential to maintain them properly. Problems frequently include broken washers and dryers, leaking pipes, and flooding. The laundry rooms listed below currently need maintenance.

South Building — 3rd floor

Last inspected: Feb. 20th, 2022

One of the three washing machines is out of service.

SOUTH BUILDING — 5TH FLOOR

Last inspected: Feb. 20th, 2022

The laundry room is completely unusable. All three washing machines have been unplugged and they stand in the center of the room.

SOUTH BUILDING — 7TH FLOOR

Last inspected: Feb. 20th, 2022

One of the washing machines is out of service. There are large holes in the wall where there evidently have been leaks. The situation has been like this for at least a week.
